Older people need special care and attention, therefore giving gifts to them should we make some consideration before buying the gifts. Some people might think that they need to buy what the older people perhaps their grandparents like. Actually not only that should be the consideration, but there certain points to consider like:

If the gift that old people might like will harm their health, better not buy. For example, something like wine or cigar. If they have health problems and wine or cigar are prohibited by their doctors.

Consider buying things that will improve their health, like Chinese medicine package. But buying medicine still better ask a medical consultant. If you are the children or grandchildren, you should know whether your grandparents like or not. This is just an example.
